How Simple Charity Registration Works

Our charity registration service was created to simplify the charity registration process. Once you select our $50 per state (or $900 for all states) charity registration package, you will be on your way to registering your charity the easy way. It’s only 3 easy steps to Get Started!


After you create your account, you'll go to the Questions Page, where you'll be asked a series of general questions. Based upon your answers, our intuitive service will ask you other questions based upon the requirements of your state and the appropriate forms.

Safe & Secure: This is a secure website, but don't worry, if you're not comfortable entering certain personal info online (such as Social Security or account numbers), you can always print out the forms and enter that info by hand.

Your answers on the Questions Page will be used to complete the appropriate forms. You'll be able to preview and proof these forms within your account as they're completed.

Take your time: You don't have to do it all at once. You'll have 18 months of unlimited access to these forms. Come back as often as you need to finish the questions and forms.

Once you have proofread your forms, you can click to print each form and its detailed filing instruction sheet. The instruction sheet includes the pre-filled filing documents, a list of required attachments, fees, mailing addresses, links to additional information, as well as helpful tips to help you navigate the maze of regulations. Even better -- look to the right of the page and you’ll find more information and links.

Always up to date: We regularly review state forms and immediately update forms that have been changed by state or U.S. government agencies, so you can be assured that you are completing the most up-to-date forms available.
